The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Project Management (PJM) business and leaders across EMEA in multiple countries. They will need to become a trusted business partner and be able to discuss/tackle complex business issues with leaders and translate business needs into action plans and solutions and align People strategy with business goals This role will work closely with the PJM business leaders across Advisory, Enterprise Accounts and Global Local PJM; as well as working with other operational teams such as Finance, Marketing, Comms, QHSE and the People Centres of Excellence. Role Summary: Talent Acquisition + Work closely with PJM leadership and the Talent Acquisition team on attraction, selection and recruitment of all roles and strategic hires to ensure headcount targets are met and service line gaps are filled + Work with Training & Development to identify training needs and ensure that all employees have access to programmes that build on their current skills, allowing them to fulfil their roles to the best of their ability and to develop in readiness for future roles, and effectively implement PJM specific training + Produce and execute measurable talent development and succession plans and co-own the delivery of these plans + Focus on improving diversity of talent across the PJM organisation, constantly driving up bench strength PJM Development + Ensure PJM data is valid and accurate within MyHR (peoplesoft) + Ensure the business is aligned to the GWS EMEA regional strategy, structure, governance, ways of working and initiatives; accurately and consistently ensure that PJM operates people policies and practices in line with GWS EMEA and CBRE globally + Work with the EMEA PJM leadership team as a coach, challenger, contributor, and driver of important PJM decisions Delivering Change + Provide support and expertise to the senior team and actively deliver effective organisational change using a range of external and internal resources Culture & Behaviours + Act as a role model of CBRE RISE values and leadership behaviour; own the delivery of initiatives that constantly reinforces CBRE's culture and behaviours such as induction programmes, exceptional awards, People Manager Excellence programmes Employee Engagement + Lead on improvements to be made and strengths to build on from the outputs of employee engagement activities + Measure and analyse People metrics and address opportunity areas to drive improved, ongoing employee engagement Diversity & Inclusion + Play active role in EMEA PJM Steering Committee including committee member selection and initiatives whilst supporting implementation of initiatives and measurement, and communication efforts Human Resources + Input into discussions with senior stakeholders on the future operating model of PJM; deliver a People Strategy utilising our Human Capital to deliver the Business Strategy and Four-Year Plan + Ensure that managers have the tools and guidance needed to effectively manage the performance of their employees + Own the training of PJM EMEA managers in the Company's People policies and procedures and use of People tools so that underperformance is managed quickly and effectively + Use data, metrics and dashboards to present and influence business decisions with PJM leadership; translate business and People trends and use data to facilitate sound business decisions + Identify and mitigate major risks; consult with Legal as appropriate and provide timely advice on matters, following-up with managers to make sure their intervention has been successful and to offer any further assistance needed + Lead with local People team on M&A transactions for PJM Reward + Effectively communicate new compensation models and delivering change management programme + Work with the business leaders so that they make decisions that demonstrate a consistent pay and reward platform within PJM + Produce reward MI such as salary benchmarking for use when deciding how individuals should be rewarded; support/deliver reward initiatives such as bonus schemes, commission schemes and other incentives that used to attract and retain exceptional employees and drive the right culture and behaviours
