Job Description

This is a critical role within our EMEA Facilities Management senior team, with responsibility for developing and executing the internal communication strategy and overseeing all communications and engagement activities on the client's FM Account. Accountable for the governance, controls, and compliance pursuant to CBRE and the Client's Branding and Communications standards. Working closely with Regional and Global teams to identify and implement best practices. Role Summary:

  • Lead the Marketing, Communications and Engagement strategy for CBRE / Client's FM EMEA

  • Chairs the FM Client's Account employee engagement programme for EMEA

  • Support the DE&I programme for the client's Account regionally and globally in collaboration with other service line representatives

  • Manages the FM account events

  • Lead the DE&I programme on behalf of the FM EMEA Team

  • Maintains, develops, and implements the FM EMEA Communications Plan

  • Creates and implements a marketing plan of CBRE to client

  • Manages the marketing and engagement budget

  • Process management - Develop, implement, execute tools, resources, and plans that support business goals

  • Internal communications - support information sharing for CBRE teams across FM EMEA

  • Accountable for CBRE / Client's brand maintenance

  • Attends client's vendor partner leadership meetings

  • Undertakes copywriting and graphic design creation

  • Maintains the CBRE / Client's EMEA FM Website

  • Ensures CBRE adheres to client's Brand Guidelines

  • Develop a sustainable, efficient process to manage CBRE messaging to building occupant inquiries or issues

  • Identifies opportunities for improvement or collaboration with client, other client's vendor partners and other CBRE Accounts

  • Ensures all communications are approved in accordance with the agreed governance model

  • Provides support to the CBRE / Client's Global Communications activities on behalf of EMEA FM

Candidate Description
