Serve as a OPRE expert for the UK, for internal and external clients.
Undertake presentations to internal stakeholders and CBRE's clients.
Support the Head of Research in processing incoming business, client, and press enquiries.
Support on implementing the team's key strategic initiatives.
Work closely with other members to improve the team's processes and systems.
Background in real estate, geography, economics, social sciences or related subject.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in property market research.
Ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the UK real estate market.
Knowledge of third-party sources for the OPRE markets in terms of qualitative and quantitative data, indicators, and metrics.
Demonstrable ability to manage research projects from inception to completion.
Commercially minded with a good understanding of how a research function operates and adds value to the business.
Good numeracy and writing skills, with the ability to present data, information, methodologies and results effectively, both orally and in writing.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, or similar packages.
A collaborative and inclusive style to work effectively in a team environment, but also an ability to work autonomously.
Ability to be flexible, engage multiple stakeholders and work well under pressure to manage workload and meet multiple/competing deadlines.

This is a high-profile appointment for the Team, requiring an outstanding research professional who is looking to develop their career within a leading global real estate consultancy. This role will report to the Head of Research. This role will be responsible for providing clear and insightful analysis for the operational real estate sector. OPRE covers a range of assets, including but not limited to hotels, leisure, pubs, self-storage and healthcare. As a result the role requires an adaptable, forward thinker, able to turn their hand to a range of outputs. The successful candidate will gain immediate exposure to a variety of initiatives working across products and business units. They will be expected to use property data intelligently, from both internal and external sources, to produce insightful research outputs, presentations, and client consultancy related work. The role further requires building outstanding relationships across the business and effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders to cement, and raise, the profile of the team both internally and externally.
