Job Description

You'll be responsible for driving the digital transformation of the Advisory & Transaction's (A&T) Contracted and Core Advisory businesses. The role is focused on enabling the teams to better leverage technology and data to deliver enhanced client solutions and drive operational efficiency. You will define and champion the overall digital vision for the teams and turn this vision to reality with clearly defined priorities. You will work closely with technology partners to ensure the products being deployed deliver maximum user benefit. The Team You will form part of the UK Data & Digital Transformation team but be embedded within the A&T Contracted and Core Advisory businesses. You will have the exciting opportunity to build and manage a team that joins you in this journey. The A&T Contracted and Core Advisory business lines deliver real estate advisory services across EMEA on both a contracted and project basis. Approximately 370 employees in the UK drive c.£90m of revenue per year, with activity covering account management, transaction management, portfolio services, consulting, and data center solutions., 1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Work with business leadership to develop a clear and robust strategic roadmap for the A&T Contracted and Core Advisory businesses that responds to their commercial aspirations and delivers operational efficiency.

  • Own and oversee the execution of the strategy.

  • Build and manage a high performing team that will join you in this journey.

  • Create investment cases for funding approval.

  • Build KPIs/metrics to measure the success of all deployed technology products. Track and report planned benefits.

  1. Change Management - Technology Adoption
  • Responsible for the implementation and adoption of technology applications across both teams.

  • Create and own the change management programmes for a set of core strategic technologies that we plan to deploy.

  • Ensure that ongoing support is provided to the teams so that adoption levels remain high and new product features are successfully deployed.

  • Create a Champions community across the business teams to help with the change programmes and deliver cultural change.

  1. Process Optimisation and Automation
  • Work with central teams to deliver process optimisation and robotic process automation within the two teams.

  • Assist in the upfront analysis, design phase and then take responsibility for implementation and maintenance.

  1. Data Governance
  • Embed strong data governance across the two teams to ensure we are properly managing our data in the available systems for commercial benefit.

  • Work with UK Data Governance in the design of the framework and then oversee its implementation within teams.

  1. Business Intelligence and New Data Products
  • As the strategy matures this role will be responsible for helping the teams to better leverage their data to enhance our client solutions, drive business development and enable better internal decision making.

  • Work with UK D&T to identify opportunities to commercialise data and create new data products that we can take to market.

Candidate Description

  • Proven track record in delivering change management and digital transformation programmes.
