You will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of the Building Consultancy and Project Management teams. This role is focussed on enabling the groups to better leverage technology and data to deliver enhanced client solutions and drive operational efficiency. You will define and champion the overall digital vision for the teams and turn this vision to reality with clearly defined priorities. Deploying change and driving product adoption are central to this role, as you work closely with technology partners to ensure the products being deployed deliver maximum user benefit. The Team You'll form part of the company's wider Data & Digital Transformation team but be embedded within Building Consultancy and Project Management. You'll have the exciting opportunity to build and manage a team that joins you in this journey. Building Consultancy and Project Management is one of CBRE's largest business lines comprising market leading teams. They work across all asset classes of UK real estate and all parts of the country., 1. Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

  • Work closely with our D&T teams to help design and develop a new Enterprise Data Warehouse to ensure one single source of truth across the different business lines

  • Work closely with D&T to bring the data to life through the use of visualisation tools and data analytics.

  • Deliver insights from our data that enhance our client solutions, drive business development and enable better internal decision making.

  1. Strategy & Leadership
  • Work with business leadership to develop a clear and robust strategic roadmap for Building Consultancy and Project Management. Own and oversee the execution of the strategy.

  • Build and manage a high performing team that will join you in this journey.

  • Create investment cases for funding approval.

  • Build KPIs/metrics to measure the success of the deployed technology products. Track and report planned benefits.

  1. Data Governance
  • Embed strong data governance across the department to ensure we are properly managing our data in the available systems for commercial benefit.

  • Work with Data Governance in the design of the framework and then oversee its implementation within teams.

  1. Change Management - Technology Adoption
  • Responsible for the implementation and adoption of technology applications across the department.

  • Create and own the change management programmes for a set of core strategic technologies that we plan to deploy to the teams.

  • Ensure that ongoing support is provided to teams so that adoption levels remain high and new product features are successfully deployed.

  • Create a Champions community across the business groups to help with the change programmes and deliver cultural change in the teams.

Candidate Description

  • Experience working closely with technology teams to help provide data solutions to enterprise level businesses

  • Proven track record in delivering change management and digital transformation programmes.

  • Ability to set a strategy and execute with hands-on delivery.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

  • Resilience, patience and persistence.

  • A desire to 'roll up the sleeves' and get your hands dirty

  • An excellent team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude.

  • A self-motivated self-starter.

  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of executing on multiple projects simultaneously and working across multiple teams.
