AWS Data Exchange is looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that deliver impactful results daily to our high growth business. Responsibilities: · Support the development of best-in-class digital marketing program strategy and execution that drives toward AWS Marketplace's performance goals · Partner with marketers, GTM/demand generation teams, Business Development, and Sellers to assist in building and executing campaigns (email nurture, webinars, targeted digital campaigns, partner communication, etc.) · Grow and optimize the AWS Data Exchange marketing database, including data integrity and enrichment, expansion strategies, and targeting / segmentation mechanisms Life/work balance

Our team is focused on balancing life with work, and does this via work autonomy and by prioritizing solutions and processes that enable us to scale faster than the business. There will be opportunities to work from home some days, as this position will be remote for the first half of the year. Preferred locations include New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Washington D.C. or Los Angeles.

Candidate Description

· 5+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role, ideally in a SaaS and/or marketplace business environment · 5+ years in B2B marketing and fluency in the strategy, tactics, metrics, and best practices for marketing processes and technology., · MBA or Graduate degree · Marketo Certified Expert · Proven deep understanding of marketing technology - Salesforce, marketing automation, CRO, CMS, ABM, email tools, etc. · Cloud computing, AWS Services, SaaS and/or E-commerce experience · Prior experience working with marketplace business models · Analyst level capabilities for business intelligence and data mining/modeling/integration. SQL is a plus. · Experience owning marketing dashboards, taking action based on it, and explaining takeaways (including corrective action) regularly to working teams and executives · Proven record of working across multiple stakeholders where steering all in the same direction was crucial to success · HTML, CSS and relevant development expertise · Experience marketing to data focused personas (data scientist, chief data officer, etc.) · Experience marketing to industry vertical personas (financial services, healthcare, etc.) · International digital marketing experience or experience in localization processes
