Your role will to be to partner with the business to create engaging digital learning content that supports its continuous improvement, learning and development. You will be managing the end-to-end process from taking and understanding requests, storyboarding, producing and editing content and working with internal communications to roll e-learning content out to a range of audiences. You will be working at pace with a number of e-learning modules to deliver against the business needs.

Your will also involve the management of our LMS. Through this aspect of the role, you will be ensuring that accurate records of training are maintained and producing regular reports to update senior management on training attendance and effectiveness.

Candidate Description

You are an enthusiastic, flexible and professional that has a 'can do' approach in positive and consistent manner. You are self-motivated, able to work at pace and on your own initiative, with the ability to manage a considerable and varied workload.

You will have excellent knowledge and experience of eLearning design and the creation of graphics and digital content. You will have strong visual design skills and confidence in the Adobe Creative Suite to create digital visual effect and graphics. You will be creative, but also have a keen attention to detail. You will have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and be able to produce reports using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. You will also have previous experience of working with and administering a learning management system.

You will need to demonstrate your well-developed verbal and written communications skills coupled with the ability to communicate and effectively influence in a positive and constructive manner and drive actions forward. You will also need to show your strong organisation, time management and analytical skills to be able to deal with competing priorities and challenges and ensure that all priorities are attended to.
