As the Digital Learning Designer you will lead, design and deliver the global digital learning and engagement content for the Global Beauty Brands L&D function. You will be an integral part of the Global Brands Talent and Education Team, helping to build content that is in line with our strategy, to deliver commercial outcomes through the development of in-store advisors.,

  • Lead the digital learning content on the global learning Beauty Bank platform as required in collaboration with other colleagues in the learning design team

  • Design, develop and implement the Global Brands Learning & Development digital innovation calendar in collaboration with our new Digital Learning Designer

  • Creation of multi-market, multi-brand digital learning for dedicated and multi-brand advisors, plus all store colleagues in collaboration with L&D design team

  • Ensure all learning solutions fulfil agreed objectives in a clear creative manner and are shaped to enable the delivery of the target audience role profile, supporting the digital infrastructure available

  • Support the development and creation of inspiring multi- brand, multi -market communication assets

  • Utilise storyboards and prototypes to support your concepts

  • Deliver at pace to meet the shifting needs of the business

  • Using cutting edge digital design and graphic design/layout as directed

Candidate Description

You will be a high energy, committed individual who is able to demonstrate innovation and creativity in your work. Able to develop award winning digital solutions to actively educate and engage our global advisor population!

  • You will be able to demonstrate a wealth of experience working with Adobe CC post-edit packages including Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Photoshop etc. Strong animation and motion graphic experience is needed.

  • Strong post-edit production and typography skills

  • Wireframing skills ideal, optional

  • Commercial acumen & agility, understanding how in-store advisors can make the numbers grow

  • Experience in other forms of digital learning - Podcasts, webinars etc.

  • Relationship management across network of brands and stakeholders (internal and external)

  • Experience working within internal team environment
