What will you be doing?

As digital customer experience manager you will be responsible for creating a best in class business digital customer experience for small business. You will act as the small business digital customer experience champion owning the customer experience improvement roadmap.

  • Define the medium term digital customer experience for small business

  • Understand and champion the needs of small business customers

  • Own the small business digital change backlog from opportunity identification through to prioritisation and delivery

  • Work with product owners to ensure changes delivered on time and to scope

Candidate Description

The role is best suited to someone who is a data driven, strategic thinker able to balance delivering short term tactical improvements with long term change. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and confident in co-ordinating multiple wokstreams and stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.

  • Demonstrable experience building and delivering the roadmap to achieve a best in class digital customer experience

  • Strategic thinker able to balance delivering short term tactical improvements with long term change

  • Highly analytical and data driven

  • Confident in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment
