Works with the GTM Strategy Manager to define "Campaigns in a Box" that can be executed by local OpCos (for Customer Acquisition as well as Customer Value Management)
Defines Digital Demand Gen Strategies - Social / Media / Search / Content syndication / amplification, programmatic etc…
Defines Digital Lead Nurturing / Lead Management Strategies and Lead Scoring approaches (is familiar with tools / platforms such as Eloqua Engage, LI Sales Navigator, ABM platforms etc…)
Works with OpCos and Marketing to define and execute Interlocked Quarterly Campaign Calendars that will deliver required financial targets (also aligns with other Lines Of Business)
Works closely with GTM Strategy Manager, Marketing and Portfolio to create Campaign Commercial Offers
Evaluates and recommends "Demand Gen" / "Content Marketing" - Tech stack strategies (is familiar with ABM platforms, Content Marketing platforms)
Monitors campaigns and activities with partners, agencies and internal teams to ensure successful execution of major campaigns
To achieve this, we require an experienced Digital Marketeer to manage and lead our Digital Campaigns for our Global Digital Apps (SaaS) portfolio. You will be responsible for building global Digital campaigns for our Digital Apps (SaaS) propositions. You will have a deep understanding of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation strategies and will work with cross-functional teams to define and drive campaigns with the local OpCos in order to hit our financial targets. As our business and market focus evolve, you will need to be adaptable, proactively building campaigns per market requirement to ensure growth and increased ROI.
You will be a self-starter, ambitious and innovation hungry and have a customer first mindset. You will have a good balance of Digital Marketing, GTM & Commercial acumen and be able to influence senior leaders across the business.,
5+ years' experience in defining / driving Digital Campaigns / Demand Gen strategies
5+ years' experience in dealing with small and mid-market customers preferably in the Digital / SaaS space
A good balance of experience across Digital Marketing, GTM & Commercial acumen
Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional, global teams
Relationship building skills within a complex matrix structure with good communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Experience of operating at a management level with a record of accomplishment in identifying and influencing key decision makers
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent English (additional European languages desirable - German / Italian / Spanish)
Problem solving and decision-making skills
