We are looking for a Digital and Media Manager with substantial experience working with platforms to join our virtual Digital Channels and Platforms team. The Digital & Media Manager will work with experts in content development and media to create an overall plan for execution in digital channels. You will manage a monthly editorial calendar - trafficking both campaigns and evergreen content - from which you'll execute and monitor status, as well as identify and carry out paid efforts that amplify this messaging. Additionally, you will engage with other internal teams and external vendors to ensure that we produce content assets that raise the performance bar. You'll keep up with trends and best practices in the space and advise our content team on these.You will work across channels (email, web, , paid media, podcast and video) to help deliver the right message at the right time. The ideal candidate will have strong curiosity to learn and develop comprehensive skills across a variety of channels and platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment that requires deep relationships within our team, as well as many others, to be successful. Strong candidates must have: the ability to work autonomously, but with the confidence to lead individuals and teams through influence alone; have excellent written and verbal communications skills; and a high attention to detail. This role is connected closely with our internal Content Team, and ties in with our Central Brand, Marketing, Enterprise Strategy and Media Teams to translate prepared creative briefs into best-in-class digital plans, but is nimble enough to strike when fleeting influential opportunities present themselves. You will also be required to stay abreast of new developments in the space, communicate them across the team and develop plans to take advantage of them. An overall deep familiarity and comfort with digital marketing methodology and technology - not just - is an absolute prerequisite.
Responsibilities: · Plan and execute and digital media campaigns through cloud-based planning and management tools. · Manage campaign and testing calendar - along with devising and implementing the promotional efforts behind it - in collaboration with content, channel and scale leads to establish a cohesive narrative appealing to executives. · Guide agency creative teams in the production and supply of graphic and copy assets primarily for media. · Develop KPIs and metrics that define success, monitor performance against them and report the results. Data is great, but actionable insights derived from the lens of a keen, analytical eye are the key. · Develop and implement best practices across: creative planning, channel strategy, targeting, measurement and brand reputation. · Engage with email and web channel owners to share initiatives and learnings, as well as aid in their channel publishing needs. · Build trustworthy relationships with internal business teams, as well as external platforms and internal paid media stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the latest rules and opportunities that they are driving to help deliver innovation and execution. · Ensure strong coordination with wider teams and global colleagues - aligning and sharing plans.
· 6+ years of digital marketing experience. · Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business or equivalent area of study. · 5+ years experience building, executing and scaling media programs from concept to completion. · 5+ years experience with marketing automation tools (such as Marketo or Eloqua), specifically in building emails and landing pages, and measuring their results. · 3+ years experience using media management and monitoring tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout , etc.) and their day-to-day management to further goals. · 3+ years experience in the use of planning and paid amplification tools or native channel ad management tools (with special emphasis on LinkedIn)., · Background in B2B digital marketing, with experience in customer lifecycle marketing. · Experience at a large agency, consultancy or in-house digital agency. · Experience using data and metrics to measure impact, and determine and communicate improvements. · Experience working with external partners/agencies, creative development, and media planning. · Social listening (e.g. Nuvi) experience is a plus. · Comfort with quantitative analysis including use of products/features such as MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros), as well as familiarity with data visualizations tools like Tableau. · Prior history of driving cross-functional projects - including identifying and implementing efficiencies - across categories and/or other departments. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. · Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
