Building, maintaining and owning a robust sales forecast for devices across a Vendor/Channel. Ensuring all business data/analytics is utilised. Aligning with key stakeholders to ensure consensus sign-off at quarter/month basis includes all relevant inputs and lines up to year budget.
Deliver Robust sales forecast - using sales/despatch history, segments DB, analysis, inbound plans and forecasts to optimise the stock in line with SC KPIs and business targets
Liaise & support cross functional teams in relation to demand signal / highlighting risks and opportunities.
Drive NPS through all working practices
Support and deputise for Demand Planning Manager
Support wider supply chain and terminals management as subject matter expert.
Liaise with other areas of the business internal and external i.e. Segment, Distribution, Senior management
Cross functional working within Terminals Team - alignment/close liaison with peers.
Good influencing skills, and a proven track record in driving business results where your personal/business impact can be seen
Tenacity, drive and the ability to present complex problems in a simple way
Analytical and expansive thinking with a strong desire to deliver and develop
A strong communicator who is comfortable communication at all levels
Previous experience in a Demand Planning/Forecasting role
Strong experience with using excel/planning tools
