We are looking for a Delivery Assurance Manager at an exciting time on our journey of transforming the service we provide to our developer customers. Your next role
As a Delivery Assurance Manager, you will be a key conduit between our developer customers, our wider team and our internal stakeholders. You will facilitate both customer and operational activities leading to enhanced customer outcomes, water quality compliance and the integrity of new infrastructure, built by our partners, as well as Self-Lay Providers and NAVs.
You will be supporting schemes and projects throughout their lifecycle, safely managing them to cost, time, and quality requirements. You will also coach and develop those around you and provide operational support to the department on more complex developer services schemes., The work you'll do is essential for Affinity Water to meet its regulatory targets and continue to deliver safe, clean drinking water to 3.6 million customers every day. You will also be part of a team transforming the service provided to developer customers.
As part of this role involves on site supervision at times, you will be provided with a company car, therefore a full clean driving license is essential.
We will be looking for you to demonstrate strong technical skills and experience in successfully supporting and/or delivering multiple, simultaneous projects. You will be able to demonstrate how to manage and promote health and safety from a team and individual basis. To support this, you will have a good understanding of how networks operate, CDM regulations and have a NEBOSH and/or civil engineering qualifications.
You will ideally have a strong understanding of the water industry, with experience of Developer Services. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong customer experience focus. Substantial experience in an operational role will also be key.
