What will you be doing?
A key role within Base Marketing's Capability Centre of Excellence, owning the delivery of Base Marketing releases into the Pega Production environment.
By governing and developing release processes, the role acts as the gatekeeper for change into production for Inbound, Outbound and IVR channels for Vodafone's Always on Marketing (AoM) programme.
Working closely with Base Marketing stakeholders to develop a release framework and delivery mechanisms that allows the delivery of both scheduled and adhoc releases into the Production environment, whilst collaborating with IT counterparts to align with IT releases and integrations.
A proven track record of delivery management in a complex multi-environment solution, with numerous system integrations.
Experience of release management, ideally with Pega, within a fast moving organisation that has a continuous pipeline of releases.
Strong technical awareness to manage activities with a high degree of technology content, and able to operate across a range of technologies and business areas.
Strong stakeholder management experience, across IT and Business domains, with the ability to influence others without direct authority, responding rapidly to changing requirements.
