Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the strategic direction and delivery of high profile products and initiatives within key data systems in Asda Online Grocery., Day to day you can expect to be involved in a variety of activities, including, partnering with key stakeholders to define and deliver a clear programme of activity within the Data Systems to get the most out of the data we hold and support a team of Data Engineers efficiently, to increase the capability of the online grocery function. You will lead system development through a clear collaborative approach and defined process to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency and drive sales in the fastest growing area of the business. Candidate Description

• Experience working in a similar role and a strong understanding of eCommerce

• Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment and utilising a variety of technologies and methodologies

• Demonstrable working knowledge of agile methodologies and practices

• Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across eCommerce disciplines

• An innovative approach and ability to create a clear vision to succeed

• Confidence with data interpretation
