CBRE UK is on an exciting digital transformation journey with data at the heart of it. This role is central to helping the A&T Brokerage and Capital Market teams manage their critical data in order to drive powerful client insights. A key responsibility is managing the property and transactional data within CBRE's Enterprise Data Platform whilst helping teams to better structure their data to unlock maximum value from it. The Team You will form part of the A&T and CM Digital Transformation team which serves as a link between the business and the Digital & Tech technical teams. A&T Brokerage and Capital Markets are two of CBRE's largest business lines comprising market leading transactional teams. They work across all asset classes of UK real estate and all parts of the country., 1. Data Quality
Maintenance of all critical property and market data within CBRE's core technology platforms, with a focus on Market IQ.
This will involve working closely with members of the team to collect data and manually input it into systems.
- Enterprise Data Platform (EDP)
Analysehistoric unstructured data sets and work with technical teams to ingest them into CBRE's enterprise data platform (EDP). This will enable the ongoing management of them in systems and allow teams to drive greater value from the data through analytics.
Work with teams to help them analysethe quality and value of their data as they explore ways to deliver insights through data analytics.
Manage business critical data as it is merged with other data sources creating a single source of truth for the business.
- Product Enhancement
Working with product teams to help drive the continual enhancement of Market IQ.
Participate in workshops and user testing sessions.
Provide feedback and recommendations that will guide the future roadmap of the product.
- Data Governance
Form part of the UK Data Governance Officeandplaya key role in the roll out of the governance framework for the two groups, promoting a culture of data integrity.
Liaise directly with peers in the competing firms to exchange market information.
An advocate for strong data governance and the commercial value of high data integrity.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt your style to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across all levels.
