Job Description

The Cyber Security Communication & Engagement Manager is responsible for working with the Cyber Security Director and Leadership Team to lead communication across Vodafone and externally to Cyber Security stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing the communication approach and preparing communication materials.

With us you will:

  • Develop and manage a communications strategy for both internal and external communications

  • Proactively support the Cyber Security Director to deliver internal and external communications on their behalf

  • Proactively work across Cyber Security teams and internal comms to deliver impactful communications to Vodafone employees

  • Work closely with Internal and external communications, HR, Brand to deliver messaging in-line with Vodafone's core narrative

Candidate Description

  • Exceptional written skills and content creation - good understanding of what makes a good story with compelling content

  • Leads with purpose and understands how to communicate the why

  • Proven communication skills with the ability to translate technical messaging into a clear understandable comms

  • Highly collaborative able to work across functions, levels, cultures and markets

  • An interest in and experience of working in the technology industry, particularly in the field of cyber security (though the latter is not essential)

  • Have a creative flair that engages employees, including the ability to craft messages and copy in an engaging, concise, journalistic style

  • Experience of designing, creating and editing newsletters, videos, presentations and managing an internal website
