Job Description

  • Working on a 4 on 4 off shift system (12 hour Days)

  • Be the single point of contact between Mitie and the Customer, taking initial contact from multiple customers

  • Know our customers and the services we deliver

  • Provide a consistent and exceptional level of service, ensuring customer's requests and queries are dealt with professionally, efficiently and successfully

  • Raising of various types of Service Requrests, ensuring they are logged on the system and routed correctly

  • Where commercially agreed with a customer, arrange suitable appointments

  • Advising customers of work entitlement and progressing Service Requests accordingly

  • Provide updates to customers on inflight work

  • Complaint and Compliment handling, following correct escalation as and when required

  • Resolve any complaints in an efficient and professional manner

  • Actively chase and escalate jobs to the relevant Mitie department/department manager

  • Run regular reports to enable tracking and workflow

  • Effectively work alongside various Mite departments to ensure requests are dealt with correctly,

  • Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

    Information Security

  • Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;

  • Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;

  • Report actual and suspected security incidents
