Job Title : Customer Service Assistant Location : Wigan North Western/Warrington Bank Quay

You could be the face of Avanti West Coast within our station teams at either Wigan North Western or Warrington Bank Quay.
You could be working within the booking office ¿ right at the start of our customers' journey, or even on our platforms.
You will need to be a real ¿meeter and greeter¿ representing Avanti West Coast and be a point of advice for anyone and everyone. This is no job for a shrinking wallflower. You should be shiny-shoed neat and professional - as well as a good listener and a master of thinking on your feet.
As you can imagine, this is an important role, so we really need the right person. We don't just want someone who can answer questions, we want a team player who can help customers on their way with a big beaming smile.
