On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a number of Customer Service Administrator, Pensions on a 2 Month Temporary Contract, based in Liverpool.

You will become the first point of contact for Customers providing an excellent service that manages of our customer enquiries and ensures the highest quality of response.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will:

· Provide accuracy, appropriateness of response to requests

· Meet agreed productivity targets

· Provide effective communications with various stakeholders

· Proactively achieve team objectives

· Provide quality advice and guidance

· Meet deadlines

· Manage customer expectations

· Adhere to departmental policies and procedures

· Identify process improvement opportunities

What we require from the candidate:

· Previous Customer Service Experience

· Good written and communication skills

· Ability to develop strong working relationships

· Ability to follow processes and procedures for aligned tasks and duties

· Computer Literate ; Microsoft Office packages

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to learn and retain specialist information

· Strong attention to detail skills

· Excellent Telephone Manner; Ability to comply with call handling requirements
