Job Description

In your new role as a Customer host, you will provide an efficient and effective service to our client, understanding their needs and requirements and working to exceed these where possible, and support the management team with any administration work or adhoc tasks they may require assistance with, completing all tasks to a high standard. You will need to take ownership and responsibility for all enquiries presented to the Customer Service area. Identify customers' needs and utilising appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer solution, and establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues to ensure a 'one team approach' to the delivery of the Customer Service standards and the business objectives.

You will be assisting with the Christmas Gift Wrap Service, answering all telephone queries, delivering our Collect Plus service, and selling the Trinity Leeds Gift Card in line with Client expectation. You will work towards the Trinity Leeds target, forward all Customer Complaints using the correct procedure to the Client, support the Events team as and when required, and manage the Trinity Leeds Shop & Drop scheme in line with our procedure. The ideal candidate will present themselves in a professional manner, be in the correct uniform at all times and adhere to the rules regarding personal appearance.
