So what will you be doing exactly?
You'll be the face of this business - meeting and greeting the businesses clients, talking adrenaline sports, booking appointments, conducting customer transactions and doing some adhoc administration.
Who might you be?
Firstly, and above all else, you will have a can-do attitude. You will need an excellent telephone manor alongside brilliant listening skills.
You will be competent and have good communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to show excellent time keeping and attendance.
You will have the ability to multi-task, work as part of a team and be honest, flexible and willing to learn.
We don't ask for masses of experience, we ask for the right personality and fit for our wonderful business. However, anybody with a background within Customer Service, Administration or Reception is encouraged to apply.
This role is based in South Manchester. We are accessible via public transport however drivers are preferred.
Extra details :
- Working 5 days in 6 (soon to be 5 days in 7).
- Shift times currently between 9am and 5.30pm, to be extended to 8pm in the near future due to growth.
- £18000-£23000 per year depending on experience
