Develop robust communication to ensure all stakeholders across the service delivery teams are engaged and central to the performance and behaviour objectives of the contract
Be responsible for reviewing all RAMS and present to the client teams
Achieve a high standard and quality of planned and reactive works
Operate and have extensive knowledge of LV/HV/Generators/UPS and Scada systems
Monitoring comprehensively building management systems
To carry out operations, maintenance and reactive events associated with the Critical Enviroments. Hands On.
To link very closely with the central administration team, line Manager, Compliance Manager and be aware of projects with any potential effects on critical services relating to the data centre environment.
Ensure the Critical Facility is fully statutory compliant.
Be Responsible for the continued monitoring, implementation and updating of SOP/EOP for critical systems.
To ensure the site Critical Spares are in stock, managed, rotated as necessary and record to ensure stock levels are correct accurate.
Escorting and management of subcontractors.
Issuing and control of permits
Ensure all sub contractors are effectively managed associated with a critical environment.
To ensure that Resilience is continually improved and driven on site.
Responsible for all persons on site conducting their business in a safe manner following H&S best practice.
Review CAFM and other systems to plan critical works in a risk adverse and efficient way
To ensure SLA's and KPI's met and produce accurate reporting to the Porfolio Manager.
Responsible for monitoring site the close out of actions following site audits and inspections
Continually review operating and emergency procedures, and initiate improvements, to minimise risk to client processes or speed recovery after breakdowns.
Maintain cleanliness across allocated plant to high standard

Recognised Apprenticeship and minimum 5 years critical Engineering experience.
Hold a relevant technical qualification with minimum ONC Electrical or equivavant. Must be AP LV minmum
AP 15 HV desirable or the compentency to obtain accredidation and appointment
Experience in the operation and maintenance of critical engineering systems and understands the full range of M & E equipment
Qualified in electrical discipline with a comprehensive understanding or critical installations.
Have a good understanding of mechanical and cooling systems.
Professional and strategic approach to management of works and projects.
Analytical skills to interpret client requirements and produce desired results.
Customer focussed and respectful to promote healthy working relationship.
Promotes high level of team working and development of team spirit.
Sound knowledge of all aspects of Health & safety.
Leads by example.* Excellent understanding and knowledge of hard services provision in Data centres/Critical Enviroments
Must be able to communicate, motivate, control, organise and manage staff and contractors effectively. Must be prepared as and when required to cover other members of the Critical team including working shifts and weekends.
Organised and able to meet deadlines.
Conversant with relevant legislation and compliance issues
Ability to write reports.
Be pro-active and able to prioritise effectively
