Job Description

The successful candidate will support growth across new and existing clients within the Local GWS business. Reporting to the Strategic Development Director, the Creative Design Manager will work to provide creative design support for the creation and implementation of ideas, campaigns, and initiatives to; grow sales and improve the quality of client pursuits, downstream consistency and share best practice across the global Local business. Role Summary:

  • Provide high impact design proposal and innovation strategy through visual storytelling within the Local Sales team by developing design content and collateral

  • Develop pursuit themes, templates, and tools to improve quality and consistency of client pursuits across the global Local Sales team

  • Develop artwork and videos through creative problem solving and innovative thinking to define and evolve the look and feel, personality and tone of the Local value proposition

  • Improve productivity and quality of Sales team pursuits by maintaining content and graphical asset databases and populating myKnowledge with high quality content

  • On-demand graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) as required

  • Provide training and 'tips and tricks' to members of the global Local Sales team, maintaining and updating the Design Hub guidebook

  • Interface and develop robust working relationships with Business Development Managers and Bid Managers to understand and support Local pursuits

  • Participate in monthly EMEA and Global Bid Manager meetings, helping to share best practice and provide tips and tricks to improve quality

  • Ensure best practice is shared with Local APAC and AMS creative teams and the EA creative team

  • Ensure completion of client deliverables to the highest standard within the time available

  • Coordinate with print vendors / design contractors to prepare image files and layout specs for accurate printing as required

  • Understand and adhere to CBRE brand guidelines.

  • Keep informed with industry developments, new ways of working and innovations in design and proposal production

  • Performs other duties and projects for marketing and the Local business as required

Candidate Description

  • Ability to work in a face-paced, deadline driven team environment Experience Required:

  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently

  • Able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, conflict, and resolution

  • Strong presentation skills with ability to persuasively present creative work

  • Efficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, In-Copy, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel

  • Knowledge of the CBRE brand and writing style

  • Strong understanding of design principles

  • A minimum off seven years' experience as a designer for corporate brands and business development in an agency or in-house creative department

  • Ability to work in a face-paced, deadline driven team environment

  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information

  • Extremely detailed orientated with strong communication skills

  • The role requires the post holder to work outside of core office hours on occasion
