Manage the mailing production workflow ensuring DM activity is produced accurately and to time whilst communicating with key stakeholders across the business. Ensure that maximum efficiencies are made and that quality is met and maintained
Produce relevant print and digital creative assets, ensuring the brief has been met and maintain brand style consistency and customer centricity
Raise risk of quality and deadline with Creative Marketing Manager and manage job progress to ensure they are signed off, sent to print and completed within procedures and schedules
Maintain brand style guidelines, using templates where appropriate to create relevant communications
Liaise with printers and other suppliers to ensure final output is as expected and of the highest standard
Use our preferred image libraries to source relevant photography, colour correct, catalogue and declare image usage of rights managed assets as required
Adhere to production processes to ensure an auditable trail exists for each project
Maintain image library and of the content management system ensuring correct filing and declarations
Work as a team player and liaise with other departments within the organisation in a friendly and enthusiastic manner - always champion the Creative team and our brand
Candidate Description
In this role you will be responsible for creating artwork and managing the day to day production of mailing activity, producing high quality artwork, meeting proofing and print schedules. You will have a keen eye for detail ensuring processes are in place that will drive efficiency, accuracy and eliminate risk of error.
You will have experience working with existing design and campaign guidelines, creating marketing, customer and internal communications, from brief to final output (on and offline), to brand standards - on brief, on brand, on time, on budget.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, predominantly working from home with the ability to work from our offices in Salfords, Redhill, as required., Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
Excellent technical ability and experience with all design industry technology and software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CMS, and Microsoft Office
Solid creative artworking skills for print-ready artwork and for optimising digital outputs
Relevant commercial experience within a creative agency or in-house design studio
Be able to work at pace, quickly and effectively creating artwork within brand guidelines
Examples of delivering work on time and across multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience with Adobe Campaign desirable
Working knowledge of Filemaker a benefit
Previous experience in travel sector, love of travel preferable
Education and Qualifications:
A relevant Diploma or Degree in Design or Visual Communications
Personal Characteristics:
Highly skilled with experience in producing high volume outputs that engage, inform and motivate
Quality and accuracy of output is vital, a keen eye for detail therefore a must, as it the ability to multi-task
Interpersonal and strong professional communication skills to ensure effective liaison with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, with the ability to interpret briefs and deliver on brand creative output.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a structured approach to decision-making
Ability to work independently and as a dedicated team member
Highly flexible, positive and resilient with the ability to apply expertise and collaborate
