Management of all EUC teams covering the Service Desk, EUC support and EUC SMEs.

Setting EUC and Service Desk strategy, helping to meet wider business objectives.

Creating and owning the roadmap for the teams, responsible for all operational and project initiatives.

Owner of key business processes such as joiners, movers, leavers that touch multiple areas of the business, continuously looking for opportunities to streamline and automate.

EUC thought leader within the business, aware of industry trends and able identify opportunities for William Hill Corporate Technology.

Continuously improving employee experience, delivering a consistent global service regardless of location.

Build and maintain a culture of excellence, mentorship, and collaboration; essentially be a world-class leader.

Produce monthly and ad hoc reports on teams' performance against KPIs as required.

Working with procurement on RFPs and on-going supplier management.

Point of escalation for corporate technology issues.

Regular 1-to-1 catch-ups, objectives setting, coaching, succession planning.

Provide outstanding customer service and stakeholder management up to C level.

Evolving team processes and approaches to drive continuous improvements.

Candidate Description

  • 5+ years' experience leading EUC or Service Desk teams, ideally both.

  • Proven leadership capability with a track record of developing teams and individuals - managing global teams would be a big benefit.

  • Strong working knowledge of ITSM, lean and agile principles.

  • You are transparent, communicate clearly and have experience creating high performing teams.

  • You are passionate about delivering exciting employee experiences.

  • Highly motivated with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for service improvement.

  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and motivated to drive change.

  • Ability to collaborate and develop relationships quickly.
