Job Description

Ensure the fast and professional processing of all visitors to No 1 building in accordance with site procedures.

Provide effect entry and egress control through effective pass checking/issuing, including the searching of persons. and

Conduct effective CCTV coverage and patrols in accordance with client requirements and DfT regulations.

Ensure effective audits on keys held and distribution to the authorised personnel when requested.

Manning of telephones.

Ensure that all supplied equipment is checked and maintained in a serviceable condition.

Carryout effective patrols to maintain the integrity of the restricted area via CCTV.

Send out communications to the wider business regarding staffing levels.

Compile weekly reports to send to the client regarding incidents.

Command incidents from the control room, despatching units to the relevant locations whitest maintaining good CCTV coverage.

To prepare and distribute incident reports to the client on behalf of the Mitie security team.

Assist in the covering of gaps/holidays within the core teams and during increases in security levels., The role will be a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern- alternate days & nights. All shifts are 12 hours.
