Assist in the production of supporting financial information.
Support in maintaining and update both manual and computer records relating to areas of which CBRE are responsible.
Support in preparing, issuing predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer requirement.
Support in liaising closely with the site team and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records.
Production of meeting Minutes when requested
Support in preparation of reports and documentation and updating of electronic records
Provide support in raising Purchase Orders (PO's), ensuring PO's are updated when changes required.
Support in training staff as and when required relating to CAFM and Dynamics.
Liaise with CBRE Helpdesk operative in relation to PPM tasks on CAFM - Concept
Assign appropriate CBRE resources (engineers) and suppliers to Statutory and Non-Statutory PPM tasks
Liaise with CBRE engineers and suppliers with regards their assigned jobs utilising CAFM - Concept
Update PPM job status on CAFM - Concept
Produce weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc reports as required
Support CBRE Account Manager on weekly internal PPM / Reactive Open Tasks Review Conf Call
Assist in ensuring CBRE Engineers and suppliers provide service records for PPM tasks completed for inclusion within CBRE Site Logbooks
Proven track record in a hard and soft FM environment.
Proven track record of WiP, Debt, Invoice Pool and raising and managing PO
Desired experience in Property and Facilities Management
Proficient with industry recognised CAFM System

This is a duel role providing support to Account Management Team in scheduling and delivering within the contracted SLA's all Statutory and Non Statutory Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks by assigning to CBRE direct labour or CBRE suppliers.
