Candidate Description

The Operations Manager will take full responsibility for leading and managing a team of team leaders, contact centre agents and administrators to deliver an excellent service to both internal and external customers, monitoring security alarms, alerts and incidents..

You will ensure that we deliver excellence, consistently and efficiently and will drive performance improvements and new initiatives.

Taking responsibility for all decisions, initiatives and strategic choices affecting the Security Operations Centre on a day to day basis. Working with line management and business colleagues to implement wider strategic goals. Leading on all aspects of team performance, quality output and employment management issues.
