Job Description

  • Own the statutory and mandatory PPM regime across Technical Services

  • Escalate overdue statutory/mandatory works to the Account Management and Operational Management Teams where required

  • Sample audit and check certification is received for all statutory works

  • Liaise with Operations, Supply Chain Delivery around outstanding certification

  • Responsible for ensuring remedials on the back of a statutory/mandatory PPM are completed by liaising with MI, Scheduling and Operations

  • Managing and being an interface into the quotes team for remedial works on the back of a statutory PPM

  • Reallocating the remedial into the scheduling system

  • Managing the upload of the certificates into the system

  • Effectively process relevant documents for the relevant teams

  • Liaise with customers where necessary, in a professional manner,

  • Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

    Information Security

  • Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;

  • Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;

  • Report actual and suspected security incidents
