Job Description

  • · Provide administration support to the Compliance team

  • · Assist with the management and administration of technical compliance management

  • · Data input to assist with the above

  • · Production of compliance reports for internal use and issuing to the client

  • · Support all members of the Compliance team with various activities

  • The role will currently be a home working post, however a combination of home working and office based in Derby will be required in the future

  • · To pro-actively demonstrate and work to the Company's values of People, Passion, Fresh Thinking and Exciting Futures

  • · To undertake a range of administrative duties including:

  • · Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and minutes

  • · Assist Compliance Supervisors with administration duties

  • · Assist with Statutory Compliance & specialist subcontractor visits

  • · Handle routine and other delegated matters on behalf of the Compliance team as requested

  • · Take a pro-active approach to customer liaison and ensure concerns are dealt with or relayed to line management promptly

  • · To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time

  • · To understand and comply with policies and procedures

  • · To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner

  • · To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures

  • · To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required

  • To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required, · Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

    · Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

    · Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

    · Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

    Level of Authority

    · The job holder will have the authority to carry out their role on a day to day basis in accordance with all prevailing company policies. The job holder will have authority to incur expenditure and to agree legally binding commitments on behalf of the company but these must be in accordance with the company authorisation limits, which are determined by the Authorisation Register

  • The candidate should be competent in Office programs and have excellent PC skills

  • The candidate should have strong organisation skills and be competent working on their own initiative in the recording and production of all administration tasks to tight deadlines

  • The candidate should capable of working in a team
