Job Description

The role is the key point of contact for Total Rewards for Central Functions across the CBRE Enterprise. Additionally, the role will seek improvements in controls, process and governance (including SOX audits) across Central Functions, associated business units and geographic regions. Job Purpose & Scope

  • Manage requests from Global / Central functions

  • Provide support analysis and interpretation of data for key compensation projects

  • Support Total Rewards colleagues in partner regions with data integrity and ensuring MyHR remains the system of record

  • Determine compensation opportunities within Central Functions and across partner regions by building stakeholder relationships and working closely with Total Rewards colleagues.

  • Coach Total Rewards colleagues, including Total Rewards analysts.

  • Reduce admin and query resolution by providing due diligence, process improvement and proactive partnership with business
