Commercial Strategy Manager - Range

Job Description

We've recently embarked on a programme of transformational change and are looking to strengthen our team with Commercial Strategy Managers to support the implementation of our end to end category reset program, which is a fundamental enabler of our longer term strategy., You will be responsible for pulling together & synthesising key data and analytics outputs that will be used to inform the decision-making process of the buyer, as well as scenario planning implications of different range decisions. You will also play a key support role to the buyer and category teams during supplier discussions, and finalisation of ranges.

Candidate Description

• Relevant experience working with a large food retail organisation and a breadth of experience in a commercial, customer or finance role

• Experience business partnering key functional areas or supporting strategic projects

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen

• Highly analytical with a proven track record working with complex data and analytics

• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, influencing and challenging decision making
