Cloud and Security are the fastest growing technology markets, Vodafone has a strong portfolio and an opportunity to grow market share and revenue. The C&S Specialist Sales team is in place to drive this business and this role is focused on acquiring new C&S customers within Vodafone UK's regional customer base and acquisition targets. Vodafone UK's base includes both commercial and significant Public Sector customers, we see both sectors being a significant area for growth in the coming years.
With us you will:
Own individual C&S TCV sales target
Responsible for opportunity identification, building qualified pipeline, closing business.
Manage engagement with UK regional and acquisition team(s) to grow C&S customer base, revenue and margin.
Own execution of C&S sales plan within the region(s)
Manage activity with partners such as IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, and security vendors in support of Private and Public Sector opportunities.
Preference for AWS, Azure, Microsoft and security vendor certifications/qualifications
In depth working knowledge of Cloud and Security UK market
In depth knowledge of Public Cloud offerings (especially AWS, Azure), hosting, Private Cloud, Managed Security Services, leading security vendors/products, and associated professional and managed services
Strong sales and commercial background to be able to build and execute complex bids
Depth of knowledge across both commercial and especially Public Sector engagement/tendering process, and maximising frameworks such as G-Cloud
Excellent presentation skills and ability to professionally discuss and negotiate with customers at both C-level and operational level
