In this role you will be responsible for pre departure booking changes including cancelling bookings and issuing refunds, discussing any Travel Needs i.e. mobility or health concerns which may impact a customer?s future holiday.,

  • As part of the Travel Needs role, you will contact customers who may require assistance whilst on tour to discuss their requirements and ensure the tour will be suitable for them.

  • Liaise with our Product Team/suppliers in relation to the Travel Needs of the customer

  • Complete the necessary administration work i.e. updating notes accurately within bookings and booking the relevant assistance as required for a customer?s Travel Needs.

  • Contact customers who are looking to cancel, advise of the options available and try to retain their business by holding their deposits for a future booking

  • Process cancellations and refunds, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and generate the necessary documentation

  • Contact customers, either by phone or letter, to update them of any pre departure changes to their holidays

  • Complete the necessary administrative work following a change to a tour and update the bookings to correctly reflect the change(s)

  • Update bookings and customers with any price reductions in line with Titan?s Price Promise policy

Candidate Description

You will have unparalleled communication skills which mean you can update customers of any changes to their holidays with ease. You will bring your experience of using holiday booking systems and attention to detail ensuring all departments are updated on changes.

This is a 9 month maternity cover position, predominantly working from home with the ability to work from the office in Salfords, Redhill, as required.,

  • Excellent administration skills and high attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent letter writing skills

  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

  • Work well under pressure and able to prioritise work loads

  • Amadeus knowledge preferred but not essential

  • Travel industry experience preferred

  • Good knowledge of Office 365/Excel/Word preferred
