Job Description

Working under moderate direction, provides analytics and support for the Client Care department. Coordinates and prepares reports as requested for business scorecards, internal metrics, and customer information. Supports coordination of client events, meetings and information enabling the department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Coordinates and prepares detailed materials for internal and external meetings.,

  • Produce timely, accurate and high-quality financial reporting, dashboards for management and key clients in [region/country/location] using MyFinance and Oracle Business intelligence

  • Supports account managers with predictive analytics projects to maintain accurate and timely client intelligence in snapshots and full views

  • Coordinates with client care team members and other internal teams to share and verify, technology, financial and performance related client information.

  • Provides support in the preparation and coordination of client satisfaction surveys.

  • Responsible for providing support to account management by tracking activities, stakeholder

  • engagement and follow-up of activities and action items to ensure completion.

  • Supports the preparation for internal and external meetings, including the scheduling and preparing meeting materials.

  • Supports the development and testing of key tools such as Client Knowledge Center, DataHug, and financial/customer dashboards.

  • Supports internal communications such as weekly newsflash and online campaigns.

  • Maintains department data, such as parent-child entities management, in Peoplesoft.

Candidate Description

  • High School (HS) Degree required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. 2-4 years related work experience to include budgeting, finance and or business analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Account servicing experience in professional services, a distinct advantage., Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires intermediate knowledge of business, financial, and client terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages and metrics. Conducts intermediate financial, Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic numerical analysis. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
