• To lead & work within the Cleaning & Waste Services Team, carrying out duties effectively and efficiently in accordance with contractual requirements.

• To develop good relationships with the onsite Supervisor and Site Manager, Hygiene Team and Client Customers in Work Centres.

• Follow the Company's Health, Safety and Quality procedures within the course of the role.

• Successfully undertake the training matrix specific to this role.

• To deputise for the Site Manager and undertake responsibility for achieving and maintaining the client specification as set in contractual requirements across sites.

• Complete check sheets and issue to staff as appropriate ensuring tasks are completed.

• Support the team with a proactive approach to training and development
