Job Description

  • Ensure safe working practices through Health & Safety standards

  • Ensure all areas of the factory are kept clean and achieve KPI, GMP and schedule guidelines

  • Assist Department Cleaning Manager and Supervisor/Team Leader as required

  • Ensure all work orders are responded to quickly and efficiently

  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality, following company procedures for holidays and sickness

  • Mobility of labour covering the client sites cleaning

  • Meet company expectations in relation to conduct and performance

  • Ensure cleaning equipment is cleaned, stored, and kept in working order

  • Undertake any training your managers seem necessary to enhance cleaning standards and & performance

  • Flexibility towards client needs 48 hours of notice to change your shift

  • Adhere to company SOP's to job specification i.e., PPE etc

  • Job rotation ranges from internal machine/plant cleans, tanks internal cleans, toilets, room cleaning internal & external areas

  • Using equipment and mechanical aids to perform tasks

  • Some duties will include manual handling and lifting of heavy polypans
