Job Description

The Apprentice Duties will be:

• Use their own initiative

• Supervise children

• Support staff in planning and assessing for the children

• Setting up each day, tidying and cleaning

• Learning on the job, helping to carry out observations on children and to learn their next steps for development

• There will be some promotion work and breakfast club opportunities

Employer Description

Apple Blossom pre-school & day-care is part of the Apple Blossom childcare group and we have two nurseries. One in Cheshunt and one in Buntingford which is in the Buntingford scout hall. We have a large bright well-ventilated hall and outside garden which is used every day as much as possible to keep our children healthy and active. We run morning and afternoon sessions and some children attend all day. We accept funded and non-funded children.
