In your new role as a Car Park Attendant, you will be responsible for resolving customer concerns and complaints, conducting regular foot patrols of the Car Park, monitoring activity to deter criminal activity and cleaning all areas as required. You will be implementing traffic control measures, regulating entry and exit of vehicles, maintaining good levels of communication with Manager and operating Car Park equipment as appropriate.
You will need previous experience in a customer service environment, strong communication skills (both written and oral) and knowledge of Health and Safety. SIA CCTV Licence is preferred. Experience in working within a team as well as on your own is essential. You will need to have a demonstrable proactive and professional approach, the ability to operate in a pressurised environment and attention to detail and excellent time management.
You will have good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to working practices and working out of hours. A customer focussed approach to work is essential, as well as setting and maintaining high standards, with the ability to understand and adhere to the principles of quality and equality in the workplace.
