As a Capacity Management Run Team Leader your main responsibilities would be: + Deliver core operational capacity management function across the Operations team. Manage team workload and function. + Manage collation and processing of inputs to the operations capacity management model and forecasting tools, ensuring assumptions and inputs are up to date and reflect operational decisions. + Support team to process model output and use dashboarding to extract analytical value. Shape and brief analytical products to enable operational capacity management decisions. + Quality Assure critical model run process, both at the input and output stage. Professionalise QA process. + Collaborate with Model Development team to produce scenario models altering parameters on supply, demand and logistics which could impact the Operations team. + Build strong relationships with development and technical support teams to drive forward requirements that will enable the capacity management model to continue to be sustained and improved. + Create and Manage a high performing and supportive team.
You'll have relevant experience in: + Ability to operate Excel to a high level of proficiency (no VBA coding required). + Ability to use Data dashboarding and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI). + Ability to analyse and interpret complex data. + Ability to work collaboratively with multiple data owners and analysis customers. + Leadership or Management Experience Desirable + Experience with Python + Experience with Simulation Models + Agile project management
