Job Description

  • You will be a key member of the account team providing support to Operations Director as well as Transaction and Asset Management Service Leads

  • You will be responsible for management and delivery of all reporting to the client and internal leadership. You will manage the relationship between the client data systems and CBRE systems and will also seek out and implement any new technology/database solutions where required

  • You will support business intelligence projects focused on real estate data analyses optimizing client's and team operations across all service lines: lease administration, transaction management, finance, etc.

  • The role will provide an exciting opportunity to join a growing UK team working for an established client in the financial services sector. This role will be based in London and the successful candidate will work with CBRE teams based in the UK, and CBRE's Global Business Services (GBS) offices in Warsaw. The role will require occasional business trips within the UK and abroad. Key Responsibilities

  • Assure data integrity and effective reports validation

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Client & CBRE data queries

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all regular Management Information requests from Client & CBRE leads

  • Drive initiatives for improvements, data visualization and analytics to ensure effective and efficient delivery

  • Support and work closely with client's information specialist on improvements initiatives to client's data systems (Manhattan / ToPS)

  • Management of client budget data and supporting on account Finance Business Partner in annual budget preparation

  • Regular reviews of any new internal or external technology solutions which would be beneficial to the account

  • Oversee business analysts' team in Shared Services in Warsaw

  • Contribute to wider business analyst community to assist in developing products and service offerings

Candidate Description

  • Expert level usage of tools such as Tableau

  • Expert level both Excel and Sharepoint

  • Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills

  • Create, maintain and optimize data visualizations and dashboards (in Tableau (preferable), Power BI, Dash, Shiny or similar solutions)

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex data sets

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly

  • Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity

  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders to gain requirements and gather information

  • Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external)
