Job Description

To work closely with Client Account Coordinators for core Geographies clients, providing administerial support to our internal CRM programme. In addition, the successful candidate will provide document management support in response to major pitches across the Geographies. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Care Management

    o Quarterly review of actions and progress

    o Client intelligence i.e., asset lists, sharing market intel

    o Promote knowledge sharing on key clients to ensure team are connected

    o Undertake a company discovery for any newly identified targets

  • Pitches:

    o Document Management of major pitches across Geos

    o Sharing of Best Practice and examples

    o Managing junior network of Connected superusers to ensure all pitches shared

    o Liaison with designers to manage schedule
