Business Assurance Specialist - Global Voice Portfolio

Candidate Description

• Has focused SME knowledge of Voice related products and service delivery and has end to end ownership of assessments, assurance controls, 2nd line control coverage and exception management across all process touch points

• Has knowledge of end to end traffic journey and systems across various platforms (e.g. Network Switch, mediation, rating to Bill)

• Has experience of Billing systems migrations

• Uses advanced business assurance knowledge to carry out coverage and risk assessments, analytical data capture, design, engagement and controls development

• Identifies key opportunities for improvement and transformation, at both operational and strategic level and drives implementation.,

• Planning and scheduling

• Product and service knowledge

• Risk management

• demonstrable telco experience in: business assurance, risk, compliance, voice usage mediation, rating and invoicing, business operations, audit or billing roles, and/or contract management.

• Demonstrable Business/Revenue Assurance industry experience
