Job Description

Within VIVO, we are currently looking to recruit a Business Administrator to support the VIVO PMO team and support in the smooth running of projects via a range of tasks. Working closely with the VIVO team, this individual will work on delivering service excellence, with effective communication with colleagues and the customer.

No 2 days will be the same, as the Business Administrator will be supporting the team across general administrational tasks, from arranging appropriate meetings and drafting agendas, to creating and reviewing reports.

Candidate Description

This is an opportunity for a real self-starter to have a real impact within VIVO as we move through mobilisation. With strong Maths and English skills, the successful Business Administrator must be a comfortable and confident communicator across a variety of communication methods (spoken, written, behaviour).

We're looking for a real team-player, who will be proactive in the role and flexible in the tasks they take.
