The Assistant Shopper Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager role, will be instrumental in helping the organisation to achieve its Agile Transformational goals. Responsible for embedding an Agile culture, methodology, tools and techniques in order to help teams keep a delivery and learning cadence that helps to remain focused on delivering value against the organisational outcomes, while remaining creative and dynamic. Responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process, encouraging colleagues and leadership to embrace the Agile mind-set and associated methodologies.,
Support in the translation of our brand BVI guidelines, assets & toolkits into instore executions for permanent (visual merchandising) and semi-permanent space (shopper marketing).
Manage the creative briefing for instore point of purchase look and feel and lead sign off.
Support in the management of agencies, ensuring best practice service and relationships.
Support delivering operational excellence in our retail partner; looking fantastic, landing fantastic, continuing to look fantastic.
Manage the development of brand merchandising solutions in line with category and brand positioning whilst taking into account retailer principles and the commercial return on investment.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for both 2D & 3D development and show an understanding of design development, materials, artworking and understanding of print/production.
Keep up to date with industry trends & leverage key insights. You will share these as inspiration and recommendations across your key stakeholders.
Can demonstrate experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Able to work at pace to deliver the activity right first time in line with critical dates and budget.
