We recognise the power of data at Sodexo and to help enable our Asset Surveying team we have a new position for an Asset Co-ordinator. You'll be passionate about data and know how to manage, analyse and manipulate it. Responsible for the management of our data collection app web portal you'll ensure delivery of accurate asset data on time to stakeholders and for onward transfer to CMMS.
You'll be a great communicator, highly organised and able to work to deadlines, you'll provide support to the Surveying Lead and assist with the coordination of surveyors and team requirements. A strong interest and understanding in the field of hard and soft facilities management is essential.

Role Responsibility
You'll be accountable for:
Analysis of incoming asset data submissions and production of meaningful Quality Assurance documents highlighting any deficiencies/concerns
Prepare, issue and track data set requests and report on progress
Deliver of final data that is accurate and fit for purpose to stakeholders and for onward transfer to CMMS when required
Work closely with other team members and look for efficiencies where possible
Conduct data audits and Quality Reviews of data
Attendance at weekly project calls and coordination of Surveyors assignments in line with the Lead Surveyor
Candidate Description
Organised, logical with excellent communication skills
Qualification in a relevant discipline (Computing, Data or Engineering)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience of using a CMMS system
Understanding of hard and soft facilities management
Attention to detail, quality driven approach
Work on own initiative and manage own time
Working individually or part of a wider team
Ability to deal with a pressure and to tight deadlines
