What will you be doing?

In this role you will be covering ad-hoc reporting and strategic deep dive analysis helping to improve the commercial performance of the Consumer business. This role is all about creating and using best in class insight to inform business strategy.

You will focus on our customer loyalty, and analysis of the Vodafone VeryMe programme adoption and performance. You will also be required to do an analysis of the whole consumer base (PAYM/PAYG/VOXI), channel performance, usage and revenue, to help inform and recommend future actions to best serve customer satisfaction, value and retention.

Candidate Description

  • You'll have a track record of delivering customer insight from data

  • Previous Telco, customer loyalty or NPS experience a bonus

  • Good knowledge of SQL required with knowledge of other languages (Python /SAS/R beneficial)

  • Good knowledge of Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI, Qlik and Tableau.

  • Ability to find strategic insights from data and present in a clear simple way to senior management
