The Analytics Portfolio Lead will oversee managing the relationship with all the analytics customers across the Vodafone business units and markets.
Working to build a strategy for the end state and paving the way to the end state nucleus programme. Keeping an eye on the Analytics roadmap and prioritising the portfolio of Analytics programmes that serve various VF Group and Markets functions e.g. Finance, HR, Care, Enterprise, Big Data, SCM, and more. The lead will be responsible to deliver impact assessments for all new demand and manage the expectations of all the stakeholders against the capacity of the delivery team and based on feasibility supporting team onboarding and synergies and cost effectiveness while maintaining delivery quality.
Will be accountable for creating vision for the future of analytics and ensuring that all the stakeholders are bought in and following prioritising quick delivery and fast benefits to Vodafone in line with ambition of the business stakeholders. Ensure to manage the expectations of all existing Directors in commercial, network, _VOIS, etc and working closely with their teams to deliver following a SAFe methodology best practices.
The lead will work closely with Analytics deliver lead, to make sure the upcoming opportunities are well planned in terms of capacity and commitments. Will also work close to ACoE and architecture functions to ensure solutions that are delivered are in line with tech 2025 and strategic vision of the company to become a techcomms.
The lead will create opportunities to ensure that we are delivery all analytics aligned to the Dynamo and Nucleus programmes and ensures that all impact assessments and in-flight deliveries are planned for a seamless transition to the end state.
They will ensure that the investments are increase YoY 10%
The lead will oversee creating all the ExCo, SteerCo, QBR and other executive collateral and ready to present roadmaps hand in hand with the analytics delivery lead in charge of timelines, teams and costs
This team will ensure that AI, machine learning, and other state of the art technology required for the projects are adopted and followed across the organisation and will aim to push for AI everywhere and data in line with the corporate strategy.
The analytics portfolio lead will oversee the teams of product managers assigned to all the value streams to be delivered, and will work closely with the business sponsors, product delivery team, data science, BI and visualisation teams.,
Stakeholder management for all new instances of GCP and new demand in big query. Setting the expectations with the market and supporting the BC build
Driving the smooth day to day business interaction of mega programmes as well as medium and small projects, within the same portfolio and following the same standards.
Data governance, audit & controls of the cloud platform usage for continuous improvement and efficiency
Vision definition and state of the art tech roadmap in analytics projects across markets & all Vodafone functions
Supplier relationship and set up for all analytics and AI requirements.
Strong experience managing complex multi-country cloud deliveries and leading large organizations/teams
Stakeholder management at the highest level e.g. C level at Group and Markets level
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to work in complex matrix organisation
Solid leadership skills
