Amazon Connect Consultant

Job Description

A consultancy client of mine are currently recruiting for a Consultant to join their team to assist in the buildout and implementation of Amazon Connect and integration with Salesforce for one of their Medical clients.

The successful candidate will be an experienced hands on Consultant who has completed atleast 1 full scale buildout and implementation of Amazon Connect and integrated it with Salesforce. You will also be working closely with the project team to assist in implementing new features to this platform.

Role & Responsibilities

• Implementing various features of connect, call flows, admin setup, call recording etc.

• Hands on with delivery of the implementation and integration

• Work with stakeholders to assist in the delivery of the project.

  Skills & Qualifications

• Amazon Connect build and deployment experience

• Salesforce

• Integration of the two is desirable
